• Provide home health clinical services.
• Ensure quality and adequacy of services; supervise staff where required.
• Perform care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Care and within the scope of the state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
• Willing to perform visits and shifts as assigned.
• Willing to see patients in all locations as assigned.

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas.
• 2–5 years of infusion experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car and auto insurance.
• Pass state and federal criminal record check(s).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Recent (within the last year) TB/Chest X-ray on record.
• Wound care experience.
• Lab draws and PICC care experience.
• Port experience is a plus.
• Other specified experiences: peripheral lab draw (1 year preferred), PICC dressing change (1 year preferred), infusion (1 year preferred), wound care (1 year required), wound vacc (1 year required).
• Texas RN license (required), CPR Certification (required), Driver’s License (required).
