Richardson Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the long‑term care unit at our skilled nursing facility.
The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care and support staff.

- Provide comprehensive CNA care for residents
- Report observations of the patient to nursing supervisor
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Answer patients’ call lights and requests
- Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
- Prepare patients for transfers or discharge
- Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
- Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
- Assist in the provision of emergency care
- Schedule:
7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. - Location:
Richardson, Texas
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by Texas required
- BLS certification from the AHA required
