Job Overview

Richardson Nursing & Rehabilitation is searching for a talented ADON/RN to join our team. We provide short‑term to long‑term care, various living options, and professional clinical services.

• Assist Director in managing clinical operations of the nursing department.
• Develop nursing programs to ensure quality patient services.
• Plan and assign workload to nursing staff on a shift basis.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff on their daily job duties.
• Ensure nursing staff follow department procedures and policies.
• Address patient complaints promptly to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ensure that nursing staff perform assigned duties accurately and timely.
• Provide job training to nursing staff to meet department goals.
• Ensure that nursing programs comply with federal, state, and local standards.

• Graduated from an accredited nursing school and possess a current RN license in the state of employment.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing and experience with geriatric residents is preferred.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program is required.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• No criminal activity, verified by a criminal background check.
• Provide satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three (3) days of hire.
