Urgently hiring LVN – Princeton, TX. Bright Star Care is urgently seeking a compassionate and dependable LVN to join our team in Princeton, TX. We are looking for a skilled nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional one-on-one care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Providing skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Medication administration and treatments
- Monitoring and documenting patient condition
- Following individualized care plans
- Communicating with physicians, families, and care teams
- Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and quality of care
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Home health or private duty experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Reliable transportation
