Pediatric Float Nurse – Be the Bridge from Hospital to Home!
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (travel required across the metro area)
Open Roles:
- 1 Full-Time Day Float Nurse
- 1 Full-Time Night Float Nurse
- 3, 12-hour shifts per week (full-time)
- Must be flexible and available 7 days/week
- No overtime permitted
As a float nurse, you’ll support hospital discharges and provide coverage in homes across the metroplex—bringing care where it’s needed most.

- Assist with bringing children home from the hospital
- Float to homes needing skilled nursing support

- Pay: Varies by shift, acuity, and assignment (including admissions and weekends), with opportunities to earn up to $34 per hour for LVNs and up to $47/hour for RNs
- Additional differentials available based on shift type and patient needs .

- Current Texas Nursing License, RN or LVN license that is in good standing
- Minimum of 3 year of pediatric nursing and home health experience required.
- CPR certification required; PALS certification preferred.
