Personalized care in the comfort of the client's home

Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting

Administer and manage medications as ordered

Monitor and document changes in the client's condition

Communicate and collaborate with families and the care team

Assist with treatments and physician-ordered care plans

Promote the client's comfort, safety, and overall well-being

Provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each client's individual needs

Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing

Strong clinical and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred

Current CPR certification preferred

Reliable transportation
