Registered Nurse – Surgical Intensive Care Unit – Nights

Role:

A registered nurse providing highly technical, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safety.

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process
• Supervise team members
• Communicate effectively
• Build collaborative relationships
• and promote a safe, therapeutic environment
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and patient education
• While taking initiative for professional growth and performance improvement

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current licensure in Texas
• Basic Life Support certification
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency
• Knowledge of hospital policies and care standards

• Maintain effective communication
• Foster teamwork
• Ensure patient safety
• Adhere to standards of care
• Utilize clinical skills to enhance patient outcomes across diverse age groups
• Physical demands include mobility, handling, and exposure to hazardous conditions typical of a clinical setting
