Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery to lead a dynamic Women's Services team at our Richardson campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven nursing leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence in a Labor & Delivery setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the Labor & Delivery department
- Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and staff development
- Ensure high-quality patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Promote a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on clinical excellence
- Serve as a clinical and operational leader aligned with Methodist Health System's mission and values
- BSN required
- Active Texas RN license
- Labor & Delivery leadership experience required
- 3-5 years of nursing management experience required
- Current CPR certification and applicable specialty certifications
- Magnet®-designated hospital
- 443-bed acute care facility serving the North Texas community
- Level III NICU and Level III Trauma Center
