Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery to lead a dynamic Women's Services team at our Richardson campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven nursing leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence in a Labor & Delivery setting.

• Lead daily operations of the Labor & Delivery department
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and staff development
• Ensure high-quality patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Promote a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on clinical excellence
• Serve as a clinical and operational leader aligned with Methodist Health System's mission and values

• BSN required
• Active Texas RN license
• Labor & Delivery leadership experience required
• 3-5 years of nursing management experience required
• Current CPR certification and applicable specialty certifications
