Associate Veterinarian

Location: Richardson, Texas (Northeast Dallas).
Salary: USD
140K-180K per year.

We are a well‑established small animal practice seeking a full‑time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team.

• Full‑service small animal practice handling routine wellness to surgery and diagnostics.
• Modern, well‑equipped facilities including digital X‑ray, in‑house labs, and dental radiography.
• Flexible scheduling:
  Monday‑Saturday, 8 AM‑6 PM with no overnight shifts.
• Experienced, long‑tenured support staff ensures efficient, team‑based care.
• Emphasis on mentorship and ongoing development for early‑career veterinarians.

• Base salary between $140,000 and $180,000, based on experience.
• Production bonuses with no negative accrual.
• Sign‑on bonus worth $30,000 and relocation assistance available.
