Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and protocols for construction projects.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant industry quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and verifications at construction sites to identify and rectify quality issues.
- Collaborate with contractors to establish and maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Generate and maintain regular quality control reports and updates for senior management and project teams.
- Communicate with project teams to address quality concerns and provide guidance on quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall project quality.
- Attend work during normal business hours and complete other duties as assigned.
- In-depth understanding of construction project life cycles, methodologies, and practices.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and building codes related to construction quality control.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction quality control standards and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation management tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to address and resolve quality‑related challenges.
- Ability to analyze data from inspections and audits, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Organizational skills to manage quality programs across multiple projects.
- Effective time‑management skills to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail for identifying quality issues, non‑conformances, and discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- At least 2+ years of experience in construction quality control with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Preferred certification: OSHA 30.

Salary range: $77,000.00 – $ per year (base salary only; excludes total compensation).
