Performs inspection on incoming raw material to meet IQA requirement and may also conduct in-process and finished product inspection to verify acceptability of products to industry and customer requirements. Additionally, records the inspection results into the manufacturing data collection system. Positions may include performance of routine tasks related to in-process audit. Positions may also include the performance of routine tasks related to the control of hardcopy documents including reviews of basic documents in the Document Control System.

• Perform inspections on raw material & products using IQA & in-process tools/equipment to verify acceptability and record inspection results.
• Separate and return non-conforming materials to appropriate persons. Support reviews & correction of uploaded files and format of documents in the document control system.
• Monitor product quality problems and escalates to the Quality Team Leader. Support activities associated with quality records in the system.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Quality Team Leader, including supporting generic users in the Document Control system.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices.

• Good learning skill for quality inspection works.
• Basic English reading and writing knowledge.
• Knowledge of sampling plan procedure (AQL).
• Knowledge on operating the basic tools, e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc.
• Knowledge on the basic materials characteristics, e.g., electronics components, mechanical components, etc.
• Must possess specific certifications as defined by site operations.
• Knowledge of the inspection requirements, customer requirements (i.e., IPC-A-610, workmanship, cosmetic specs.) and procedures including the tools and equipment used in the inspection process.
• Basic manufacturing system knowledge.
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation on product quality.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal customers.

Duties may include repetitive lifting of light objects (under 5 kg.), repetitive lifting of heavy objects (over 5 kg.), repetitive manual movements (e.g., keyboarding), carrying, pushing or pulling light objects (under 5 kg.), carrying, pushing or pulling heavy objects (over 5 kg.), crouching, climbing, sustained visual concentration on small areas such as monitors, screens, precise eye/hand coordination, sustained visual concentration on numbers, legal documents

4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

High School Graduation. G.E.D. (or equivalent) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Educational Requirements may vary by Geography.
