AssocOprtns Semi-Conductor III; Wafer FAB Operator

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day semiconductor operations to ensure process efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining equipment and process parameters to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Proven experience in semiconductor operations or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify areas for process improvement.
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems and tools used in semiconductor production.

• Technical vocational education.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced semiconductor or industrial automation environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
