As a Quality Engineer, the successful candidate should have an understanding of current industry trends in functional testing, test automation and test data management techniques.
What you will do:
- Develop and participate in test strategy discussions, ensuring test coverage for the newly created product features.
- Ensure that defined QA Processes are followed in all aspects of project (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate).
- Prepare reports and results of software testing.
- Establish trust and build relationship with project stakeholders and team members (including offshore).
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- 2 years of Test Automation experience with expertise in Playwright, BDD Cucumber, Java and Selenium web driver, TestNG, Maven, Git Hub and Jenkins.
- Knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Agile and Waterfall methodology experience.
- Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert, improve current procedures, act as an information resource for assigned areas and provide guidance to team members.
- Perform comprehensive testing to prevent introduction of application defects into Regression, End to End, Client and Production environments.
- Ability to translate QA, UAT and business scenarios into Automated Regression Test Cases.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously participate in multiple projects.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience related to Pharmacy Benefit Management(PBM), Prior Auth management/workflow.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
