The Opportunity:

Join a leading organization within the real estate industry, overseeing a dynamic portfolio of commercial properties. This is an opportunity to act as the landlord’s trusted representative for retail, office, and industrial assets while driving operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. You will play a key role in property operations, financial management, and client relationships, all within an engaging, growth-oriented environment based in Richardson, Texas.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee assistant property manager and administrative assistants managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and vendors, ensuring positive professional relationships.
  • Establish proactive tenant relations and retention programs, remaining visible and responsive to tenant needs.
  • Monitor accurate billing, invoicing, and collection of revenue including CAM, taxes, insurance, and percentage rent billings.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, annual operating budgets, and capital improvement plans.
  • Solicit and manage vendor contracts, supervise contractors, and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage the administration of leases, including new tenant move-ins, renewals, amendments, and payment plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date property records, oversee legal notices, and participate in court appearances as needed.
Must-Have

Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial properties (retail, industrial, or office spaces)
  • Multi-asset experience (retail, industrial, or office)
  • Experience managing 100+ tenants concurrently
  • Residential / Multi-family experience will not be transferable
  • Clean valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
