Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules;
Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and serving temperatures;
Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving and maintains high standards of cleanliness;
Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering/receiving of food and supplies;
Follows HACCP standards and reports maintenance or safety issues
