Dog Haus is seeking a hard-working, dependable, energetic individual for a Shift Lead position. This is an excellent career development opportunity for a food service professional with at least one year of supervisory or management experience in restaurant industry. As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the team, managing shifts, and ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly. You’ll provide leadership and support to both front-of-house and back-of-house staff, while maintaining Dog Haus’ high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Motivate the team to provide excellent guest service and create a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily shift operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Ensure that food is prepared to Dog Haus standards, and that service is quick and efficient.
• Monitor and manage cash handling, inventory, and supplies.
• Assist in training new employees and ensure Dog Haus compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Troubleshoot any operational or guest issues that arise during your shift.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1-2 years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledgeable of restaurant operations, including safety and sanitation practices.

Open for lunch and dinner daily, guests can choose from signature, one-of-kind Haus creations or customize their own from a wide array of unique toppings.
