Position Overview

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Kitchen, Front-of-House and Pit Operation Team Members for Nights and Weekends to join our growing team. As a team member at Ten
50 BBQ, you’ll provide warm hospitality, create memorable guest experiences, and represent our community-driven culture.

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time:
  Approximately 5 shifts per week (additional shifts available if desired)
• Flexible scheduling available

Hours of Operation:

• Sunday – Thursday: 10:50 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Friday & Saturday: 10:50 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly
• Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain clean tables and work areas

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old Front of House/ 18 years old Bar Staff
• Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
