Beyond day-to-day operations, you may also take charge of hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers, ensuring the restaurant has the right leadership pipeline for the future.
Key Qualifications- Experience: Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations is expected.
- Industry background: Quick service restaurant experience is strongly desired, though hospitality or retail backgrounds are also valued.
- Age requirement:
Candidates must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager. - Leadership skills:
Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold a management team accountable.
