Summary
Ecom at Bike Mart is growing and hiring! Bike Mart is looking to add a teammate that is driven to help customers live a better life on a bike!
Duties- Order Processing – from processing payment, picking the product, boxing and shipping, to customer follow‑up.
- Catalog – assisting Ecom Manager to keep the catalog items updated and organized.
- Housekeeping – keeping the process organized and working well, keeping shipping and packing materials in stock.
- Leads – following up with customers, proactively helping customers find the right bike and gear for their needs.
- Be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Strong sense of curiosity.
- Customer service skills.
- Extensive use of technology.
- Attention to detail.
- College Degree.
- Bicycle shop experience.
