We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to join our Merchant team. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will support the Fossil Watch categories in North America with the following core responsibilities.

This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

• Analyze and organize business sales reports and identify KPIs
• Assist in managing product category to drive business growth
• Create and maintain Go‑to‑market materials including seasonal newness decks
• Partner and communicate cross‑functionally with Sales Partners, Global Brand Partners, Planning, Marketing and Visual teams
• Being the steward of the brand in the region (brand, product, distribution and pricing) by facilitating execution of the global brand guidelines and strategy, and ensuring cross channel alignment
• If you have a passion for fashion and luxury, have previous merchandising experience, an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail, then this could be the role for you

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Apparel and Textiles preferred
• Previous retail experience, preferable in a merchant or merchandising aspect
• Analytical, strategic and business skill sets, including but not limited to selling analysis, financial metrics and product/assortment planning
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, sales and business driven commercial environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) and Google Enterprise Products
• Self‑starter and takes initiative
• Excellent organizational skills
