Parts Counter Consultant

In this role, you'll help customers and technicians find the right parts fast, manage inventory, process sales, answer phones, and order parts needed to keep jobs moving. Role Responsibilities:
  • Be the go‑to expert for customers and technicians by quickly identifying the right parts and accessories, offering smart recommendations that keep jobs moving
  • Drive parts sales and productivity by handling counter and phone orders, processing transactions, and sourcing back‑ordered items without delay
  • Own inventory accuracy stock shelves, organize parts, perform counts, and maintain clean, accurate stock levels
  • Protect efficiency and customer satisfaction by tracking sales records, managing special orders, and following up with suppliers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, high‑functioning parts counter, supporting deliveries and pickups to keep workflow smooth

Prerequisites:
  • Required:

    Prior experience in parts sales and strong knowledge of automotive parts (compensation based on experience).
  • Streamlined onboarding process
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for up to 5 hours and lift up to 100 lbs.
