Become a Part-Time NECOA Retail Sales Associate!

NECOA, by Coway, and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products in a shopping mall retail store. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and for maintaining professional relationships with store management and employees.

• Demonstrate NECOA water purification products within our branded retail store.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.

• $18‑$20 per hour base pay, paid weekly.
• Monthly sales bonuses.
• Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Paid training completed online.

• Be a problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast.

• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• One‑year job experience required.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
