Sales Associate

About This Role

Join a great team! We are looking for Sales staff to work in-store to help people live better lives by riding bikes. You will assist customers in purchasing bikes and gear, ensuring they enjoy their rides.

• Greet customers and use the sales process to understand their needs and recommend the right combination of products and services.
• Provide positive, excited, one of a kind customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Describe merchandise and explain its use, operation, and care.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.

• Experience preferred working in retail sales.
• Previous bike shop sales experience preferred.
• Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers.
• Interest in developing own skills and knowledge.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to periodically lift 40 pounds.
