Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary

Full‑time NECOA Retail Sales Associate located at Tom Thumb 637 – Richardson, TX 75080. You will demonstrate NECOA water purification products, build customer rapport, and maintain professional relationships with store management.

• Demonstrate NECOA water purification products within the branded retail store.
• Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff of the assigned store.
• Maintain and clean displays for functionality and demo‑readiness.
• Report sales performance and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Accurately document and report sales, including paperwork and activity tracking.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy, and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
• Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs.
• Retail or customer service experience a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• 1‑year continuous job experience required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

• $18‑$20 per hour base pay, paid weekly.
• Monthly sales bonuses.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability.
• Paid training completed online.
