As a Flower Merchandiser you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

At Falcon Farms we value quality, commitment, and our team. We provide a planned route and all necessary tools to ensure your success on every visit.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:00 am to 1:30 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.

• Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.
• Daily commitment:
  Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons:
  Ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

As part of the hiring process, our company will participate in the e-verify process and make each new employee’s I9 information available to DHS for verification.
