Overview

Join our Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Produce Clerk in Richardson. This role focuses on customer service, product presentation, and assistance with perishable produce.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with produce selections
• Clean, fill, and rotate produce displays
• Maintain store appearance and product quality
• Lifts and moves items up to 60 pounds as required
• Follows store policies and procedures under the supervision of the Produce Manager

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish and English; interact with general public and co-workers
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (preferred)
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred)
