Assistant Store Director

As we continue to grow and prepare for future expansion, we’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Director to help lead our team and elevate every aspect of our operation.

The Assistant Store Director is the second in command of the store and plays a critical leadership role in driving daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

This is a hands on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and is passionate about building high performing teams.

• Support the Store Director in overseeing all daily store operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and frontline team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Drive sales while monitoring labor, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Maintain the highest standards of merchandising, cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and reduce shrink through operational excellence.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new employees.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Partner with department leaders to achieve sales, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Serve as Store Director when needed.

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• 2+ years managing large teams in grocery, specialty retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple departments is highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
