Position: Specialty Team Leader (Beer, Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Department Manager)
Whole Foods Market -  - Responsibilities:
Provides overall leadership to the Specialty team and department; responsible for daily operations, profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects;
Leads and develops Associate Team Leaders and Team Members, including hiring, development, corrective actions, and separations;
Ensures exceptional customer service and adherence to store SOPs; collaborates with store leadership;
Maintains product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control; ensures cross-merchandising per regional/global guidelines;
Monitors and achieves sales, margin, expense, and labor targets; ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
