Role Specifics:

Target Customer Size: $10,000 - $100,000 / month

Book of Business Capacity: $3M GMV/$800k Net Rev

Owned Account Types: Full catalog - site, waste, heavy equipment

Activity Levels (Weekly)

Core Focus: Upper mid-market account management

• Own $3M GMV/$800k net book
• Full product catalog access

• 3-5 years sales experience
• Experience with complex, multi-location accounts
• Strong in consultative selling

Primary ICP: Multi-Regional Retail General Contractors & Tenant Build-Out Firms

• Higher monthly spend potential
• Mix of site services + light/heavy equipment
• Standardized project playbooks
• Opportunity for multi-market expansion
