We are seeking a talented Territory Sales Manager to join our Corporate Markets Division at Fossil Group
. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across your assigned territory, managing and developing a team of Territory Account Managers, and strengthening relationships with key customers and partners within the incentive merchandise channel.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with strong analytical skills, a passion for product, and a proven ability to build high‑performing teams and long‑term customer partnerships.
What You Will Do in This Role- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Territory Account Managers to achieve sales goals and drive overall territory performance.
- Own territory sales strategy, including forecasting, assortment planning, budgeting, and execution of sales plans.
- Manage key customer relationships while overseeing onboarding and development of new accounts.
- Monitor inventory turnover, margins, ship dates, co‑op spend, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
- Plan, coordinate, and represent the brand at industry trade shows and customer presentations.
- Facilitate weekly sales meetings to align on goals, performance, and individual development plans.
- Partner cross‑functionally with distributor sales reps, customer service, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Present insights, opportunities, and improvement ideas to senior leadership to drive efficiency and growth.
- 7+ years of sales and/or account management experience, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Prior experience leading or managing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and retail math skills, with experience building and executing sales plans.
- Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with accounts and/or vendors.
- Experience with assortment planning, forecasting, and trade show management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to travel approximately 40%.
- Retail and/or fashion accessory experience preferred.
