About the Role
We’re a small, growing real estate company looking for a Seller Relationship Specialist — someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building trust over the phone.
This role is all about relationships.
You’ll build real connections with homeowners over a few conversations and then warmly pass them to the sales team to close. You won’t be negotiating prices or closing deals — your focus is trust, communication, and clean handoffs.

What You’ll Be Doing- Talking with homeowners who have already shown interest (warm leads)
- Having real, unscripted conversations (with a roadmap)
- Following up over 2–3 calls to build familiarity and trust
- Keeping clean notes in our CRM
- Setting 1–2 high-quality appointments per day
- Managing your own day and working independently
- Enjoy talking to people and asking good questions
- Feel comfortable on the phone
- Get energy from conversations (even with strangers)
- Like working independently without constant supervision
- Are organized and good at follow-up
- Want to build a valuable, real-world skill
No sales background required.

- Need a loud team environment to stay motivated
- Prefer fast, transactional conversations

CompensationThis role pays $19–$22 per hour

This is not a commission-only role
. You will not be responsible for closing deals or negotiating prices. Strong performers are rewarded with increased responsibility and bonus opportunities over time.
