Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Debt Blue

Are you great on the phone, quick to connect with people, and looking for a part-time role that's rewarding and flexible? Debt Blue is hiring Part-Time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our high-energy, mission-driven team!

We offer multiple shift options, with priority availability for:
📅 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📅 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative
, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out for financial relief options. You'll build instant rapport, follow a structured script to prequalify prospects, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our Account Executives.

You'll also play an essential role in our speed-to-lead strategy-making quick outbound calls to missed inbound callers to maximize connection and conversion.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound sales calls professionally and promptly
  • Follow a scripted qualification process to assess eligibility
  • Gather and verify customer information with accuracy
  • Transfer qualified prospects to Account Executives or schedule appointments
  • Call back missed inbound calls within required time frames
  • Maintain detailed, accurate CRM notes
  • Uphold compliance standards, call quality, and process consistency
Key Metrics You'll Own
  • Inbound call answer rate
  • Speed-to-lead response time
  • Contact rate for missed inbound calls
  • Number of qualified leads passed to AEs
  • Conversion rate from SDR → AE handoff
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in inbound sales, call center, or SDR role (preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to confidently follow scripts
  • High urgency and responsiveness
  • Basic CRM skills or the ability to learn quickly
