Junior Account Executive

Dallas, TX fully onsite
Salary: $50,000 base, $70,000 OTE

- Engage in high-volume outbound calling to build a project pipeline.
- Identify key decision-makers and provide insights to help close deals.
- Participate in daily team meetings and structured goal setting.
- $70K total comp in your first year.
- 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 7 paid holidays.
- Monthly WFH day available after successful onboarding.
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
