InCentris Technologies is a specialized SAP consulting and solutions firm focused on Revenue Management, SAP Vistex, SAP S/4

HANA, Analytics, and enterprise business process solutions. We work with global enterprise clients across multiple industries and help organizations optimize revenue management, pricing, rebates, and business operations.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to help expand our footprint within existing enterprise accounts and support growth initiatives around our strategic software partnerships.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Strategic Account Growth Representative to help grow and expand our presence within existing client accounts.

This is not a traditional cold-calling sales role. Instead, the focus is on building relationships within existing enterprise customers, identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and helping promote strategic partner solutions.

You will work closely with company leadership and senior sales management to help uncover opportunities and drive long‑term account growth.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or business development career who is highly motivated, eager to learn, energetic, organized, and excited about building a career in enterprise technology consulting and software solutions.

Responsibilities Account Expansion & Relationship Development
  • Build relationships with new stakeholders and managers within existing client accounts
  • Identify opportunities for SAP consulting services and staff augmentation
  • Expand existing customer relationships beyond current business units
  • Help maintain regular communication and engagement with client contacts
  • Research and map organizational structures within enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate follow‑up meetings, introductions, and account activity
Opportunity Identification
  • Proactively identify upcoming projects, staffing needs, and business initiatives
  • Work closely with delivery and sales leadership to support opportunity development
  • Help manage and track pipeline activity through CRM and internal tools
  • Assist in preparing client‑facing materials and coordinating meetings
Partner Solution Promotion
  • Support promotion of strategic partner software solutions including:
  • Revenue Management solutions
  • AP/AR Automation platforms
  • Coordinate introductions, demos, and discussions with partner teams and clients
  • Learn and communicate the value proposition of partner offerings
Business Development Support
  • Assist with Linked In outreach and networking initiatives
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed
  • Help maintain account engagement and long‑term relationship growth
Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, account management, or customer‑facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and self‑driven personality
  • Comfortable speaking with managers and business stakeholders
  • Organized with strong follow‑up and relationship management skills
  • Professional and polished communication style
  • Ability to learn enterprise technology and consulting concepts quickly
  • Experience with SAP, enterprise software, staffing, SaaS, or consulting industries is a plus, but not required
