• Book of Business Capacity: $3M GMV / $800k Net Rev
• Owned Account Types: Full catalog - site, waste, heavy equipment
• Core Focus: Upper mid‑market account management

• Own $3M GMV / $800k net book
• Full product catalog access

• 3-5 years sales experience
• Experience with complex, multi‑location accounts
• Strong consultative selling skills

• Multi‑Regional Retail General Contractors & Tenant Build‑Out Firms

• Higher monthly spend potential
• Mix of site services + light/heavy equipment
• Standardized project playbooks

NOTE: This role will be a hybrid role, with a requirement to commute to Downstream's headquarters in Richardson, TX.
