Responsibilities- Engage professionally with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase Toyota models, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by demonstrating in‑depth knowledge of Toyota models, trim levels, options, and accessories.
- Collaborate with finance and insurance teams to facilitate paperwork, ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential customers through proactive prospecting, follow‑ups, and referrals.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, Toyota product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and building long‑term relationships.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer‑facing sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and preferences.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
