Promera is seeking a high-performing National Account Executive to drive strategic growth across key enterprise accounts throughout the United States. This role is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with national and regional customers involved in the construction, commissioning, and operation of mission critical facilities. The ideal candidate has experience selling labor-based construction services, specialty subcontracting solutions, commissioning support services, pre‑operational cleaning, project staffing, or other technical field services into large-scale construction projects.
Whatyou’ll work on:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue within target national accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue project opportunities from pre‑construction through facility turnover.
- Build relationships with decision‑makers across ownership, construction, procurement, and operations teams.
- Lead the sales process including discovery, solution development, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and account expansion.
- Track and influence upcoming capital projects, facility expansions, and construction programs.
- Partner with operations, estimating, and project management teams to develop customer‑focused solutions.
- Maintain executive‑level customer relationships and ensure successful transitions from sales to project execution.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
- 10+ years of business development, strategic sales, or national account management experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project delivery methods.
- Proven success selling construction services, specialty subcontracting services, technical labor solutions, commissioning support, or related field services.
- Experience developing relationships with large contractors, developers, owners, or enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated success winning multi‑site, regional, or national service agreements.
- Experience supporting data center, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or other mission‑critical projects preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the United States.
- Comfortable visiting active construction sites and mission‑critical facilities.
