Sales Administrator
Location: Richardson, TX
Pay Range: $28 to $37 per hour (actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills)
Kyocera International, Inc. is hiring a Sales Administrator to manage incoming customer inquiries and support the outside sales force with daily sales administration activities. The role includes accurately processing a high volume of orders, invoicing all sales transactions, setting pricing, and verifying contracts. The Administrator works directly with the customer on bookings and maintains wide communication with the Vice President and internal staff.

The Sales Administrator supports the sales department by processing orders, managing contracts, and interacting with customers and internal teams. The administrator may also serve as the final point of contact for prices, delivery dates, and customer expedites, and may handle small customer accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- 2‑year AA degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales support or related experience in manufacturing or technical industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate SAP or other ERP experience.
- Ability to work accurately with high attention to detail.
- Up to 10% travel, local and domestic.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Eligibility to work in an ITAR environment.
