Sales Associate ESP Bilingual

Summary

We are looking for Sales staff to work with us in-store to help people live better lives by riding bikes. You will help customers purchase bikes and gear to get out and enjoy a bike ride.

• Greeting customers, collecting important information, making product recommendations.
• Demonstrating products through a test ride.
• Capturing customer information and closing the sale.
• Utilizing the sales process to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Providing positive, excited one‑of‑a‑kind customer service.
• Maintaining knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Describing merchandise and explaining use, operation, and care to customers.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.

• Must like helping people.
• Play well with others.
• Experience preferred in retail sales.
• Previous bike shop sales experience preferred.
• Interest in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers.
• Interest in developing own skills and knowledge.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to periodically lift 40 pounds.
