This is not a customer service role and not a passive front desk job.
At Anytime Fitness, our Sales Associates are responsible for driving membership sales
, booking fitness consultations, and contributing directly to the success of the gym. We are locally owned and operated and operate with clear standards built on integrity, accountability, and teamwork
.

- Sell gym memberships confidently and consistently
- Generate leads through in-club conversations, calls, texts, and follow-ups
- Book and schedule fitness consultations for personal trainers
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets
- Deliver excellent member experience while driving results
- Follow systems, processes, and coaching from leadership
- Support team culture and contribute to gym performance
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Comfort with goals, numbers, and performance tracking
- Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
- High integrity and accountability
- Team-oriented with a competitive edge
- Sales experience preferred (gym, retail, phone, or service sales)
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
