Renovation Design Consultant

For more than 40 years, Riverbend Sandler Pools has been one of North Texas' premier custom pool builders and outdoor living companies. Known for quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and exceptional customer service, we create luxury pool renovations and complete backyard transformations that homeowners enjoy for years to come. As our renovation division continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Renovation Design Consultant to join our team.

This is a consultative, relationship-based sales position focused on helping homeowners transform their outdoor spaces. You'll meet with qualified clients, develop custom renovation designs, present creative solutions, and guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience.

• Consult with homeowners to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
• Design and present custom pool renovations and outdoor living projects, including outdoor kitchens, spas, fire features, pergolas, cabanas, decking, and complete backyard transformations.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and professional presentations.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Develop referral partnerships with builders, landscapers, designers, and real estate professionals.
• Represent Riverbend Sandler Pools at community events and trade shows.
• Utilize Pool Studio, AutoCAD, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM software, and Microsoft Office to manage designs and sales opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Expected First-Year Earnings: $90,000–$135,000+

Compensation includes:
