Full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate in a retail store. Responsibilities include generating sales, discovering customer needs, presenting product solutions, closing sales, participating in training, and marketing to existing customers. Compensation includes base pay $16.00‑$21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 annual commission, with top performers earning up to $65,000‑$75,500+ annually.

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete sales solution.
• Close sales using clear communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base through outbound calls and text messaging to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with community at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events to expand loyal customer base.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule given four weeks in advance).
• Openness to additional shifts during peak periods (summer, Nov‑Dec, vacation periods).
• Preferred:
  Experience in commission‑based environment.
• Preferred:
  Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Preferred:
  Customer service experience.

• Base pay $16.00‑$21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 in annual commission.
