Sales Professional - HVAC Controls
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area
Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time
QBS Controls is growing throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Professional - HVAC Controls to help expand our presence and build lasting relationships with new and existing customers. - Generate new opportunities for HVAC controls installation, retrofit, and service projects
- Build strong relationships with mechanical contractors, general contractors, consulting engineers, facility managers, and building owners
- Review project plans and specifications to develop accurate estimates and proposals
- Present customized building automation solutions that meet customer needs
- Negotiate and secure new projects, service agreements, and long‑term customer relationships
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless transition from project award through execution
- Three or more years of sales experience in HVAC controls, building automation, or commercial HVAC
- Technical knowledge of DDC, BAS, and commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications while preparing project estimates
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Valid driver's license
Candidates will be required to pass a drug screening & background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
