As a Retail Sales Manager, you will grow our business within an identified set of Music Industry (M.I.) retailers, including Guitar Center. In this role, you will develop and execute key initiatives, build and nurture deep relationships with a variety of stakeholders, oversee account growth through effective programs, drive end user demand generation and conversion, and drive alignment across internal teams.

This role requires a dynamic, creative, self-motivated individual who can utilize their industry and product knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and implement them.

• Drive Sell Through: Generation of new ideas to increase sales of our products to end customers, including but not limited to merchandising, demos, contests, events, promotions, product trainings, etc.
