We’re looking for a motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join our fast-paced sales team.

As an Inside Sales Manager
, you’ll connect with prospective customers, identify their security needs, present customized ADT home security and smart-home solutions, and close sales.

You’ll receive comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing development designed to help you succeed.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified leads

• Present and sell ADT home security and smart-home solutions

• Work with residential and small-business customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security solutions

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers

• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through consultative selling

• Handle objections confidently and work toward closing the sale

• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve performance

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred

• Inside sales or call center experience is a plus

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results

• Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• Home security or smart-home experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you
