* Key Responsibilities:

* + Lead the coordination of clinical studies and execute ongoing follow-up visits, ensuring strict compliance with protocols, SOPs, and GCP guidelines.

+ Manage daily operational tasks such as document review, data entry, preparation of test materials, and collection of clinical data.

+ Organize and conduct pre-study meetings and respond to queries from Quality Assurance and Statistics departments.

+ Prepare and maintain all study documentation including protocol amendments, case report forms, and study-specific documents.

+ Coordinate, schedule, and monitor compliance of study subjects and panelists.

+ Ensure proper adherence to safety, quality management, and laboratory practices in all aspects of study operation.

+ Address and resolve issues with panelists, arrange project work, and assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

* Qualifications & Requirements:

* + Associate Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience with a GED or High School Diploma.

+ Understanding of clinical research concepts and willingness to learn new processes.

+ Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a highly professional setting.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Basic computer proficiency.

+ Fit for Duty medical assessment required.
