Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD
- Develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Interface regularly with all levels of management and government customers.
- Ensure compliance with DoD Manual 5220.22‑M, NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and other relevant security guidance.
- Assist in the creation, submission, approval, and implementation of security policies, procedures, and documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, Security Plans, Operation Security Plans, Concept of Operations, etc.).
- Conduct self‑inspections, participate in government inspections, and recommend or implement corrective actions.
- Create, update, and conduct security briefings, training, and debriefings.
- Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management across multiple sites and business units.
- Attend, support, and participate in program meetings, staff meetings, telecons, etc.
- Respond to walk‑in customers, process incoming and outgoing visits, and investigate security incidents with written reports.
- University degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in Program Security, including Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security, Information Assurance, COMSEC, and Security Awareness Training and Education.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
