Job Schedule:

Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Thu 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to management and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, property damage, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with customer inquiries, and completing routine reports and logs related to security-related activities.

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
