- Long-range planning (LRP) to meet global security compliance requirements and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including interacting with internal and external security professionals and government customer organizations.
- Managing contract security reviews to ensure requirements are consistent with NISPOM Rule 32 CFR Part 117 and other Department of Defense directives specified in the DD254 and contract Statements of Work (SOW).
- Representing GSS leadership and executing GSS strategy and tactics, positioning plans to advocate a partnership with the customer community.
- Advising and assisting local government, military, and company security managers in solving security matters at deployed field sites in the continental United States and abroad.
- Researching contractual documents, internal directives, and the NISPOM Rule for security applicability and impact analysis.
- University Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship and an active and transferable Top Secret security clearance prior to start date.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs.
- Broad knowledge of project management.
- Knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems.
- Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cyber/Technology Management.

Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD
