Citizenship and Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. Top Secret DoD security clearance (active, existing after day
1) required.
- Long‑range planning (LRP) to meet global security compliance requirements and annual operating plan (AOP).
- Managing contract security reviews to ensure consistency with NISPOM Rule 32 CFR Part 117 and other DoD directives as specified in DD254 and contract SOW.
- Represent GSS leadership, executing strategy and tactics, advocating partnership with the customer community.
- Advise and assist local government, military, and company security managers in solving security matters at deployed field sites in the continental United States and abroad.
- Research contractual documents, internal directives, and NISPOM Rule for security applicability and impact analysis.
- University degree or advanced degree with minimum 7–10 years relevant experience (Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs).
- Active transferable Top Secret security clearance prior to start date.
- Broad knowledge of project management.
- Knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems.
- Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cyber/Technology Management.
